PCD was awarded a design/build contract for the replacement of an electric escalator in Terminal B in the Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport.
The scope of work includes precision demolition, challenging rigging of the existing escalator.
The structural analysis, design, and modifications to accommodate the new geometry and forces of the replacement electric escalator are included in the scope of work to complete the project.
