PCD has been awarded as a general contractor with Team Michales Organization as developers and CSA Group as the architects to transform the former Los Alamos site into a modern-mixed-income, sustainable and high quality residential community in Guaynabo. It is anticipated that the project will include approximately 400 units of residential housing, a community clubhouse/resiliency center, administrative offices, fitness and business centers and passive recreation areas within a nature -centric focused design concept

PCD has been selected for the design and construction services for the renovation and improvements of this existing affordable housing units. When completed, these units will comply with current applicable building codes, ADA accessibility requirements and National Green Building Standards, and will also be design for resilience against future tropical climate events.
