PCD has been selected for the design and construction services for the renovation and improvements of this existing affordable housing units. When completed, these units will comply with current applicable building codes, ADA accessibility requirements and National Green Building Standards, and will also be design for resilience against future tropical climate events.

PCD was contracted for a Design & Build services of a single family residence in Palmas Del Mar. The scope of services was to do a complete restoration of a 3-floor town house. Renovation of all areas including bathroom equipment and fixtures, replacement of kitchen fixtures, new windows and doors, new interior and exterior lighting fixtures. New outdoor area including handrailings, garden  and swimming pool
